Through innovative and cost-effective manufacturing, NOW Housing aims to positively influence the stability and quality of community living. By providing an improved housing solution, our organization’s goal is to change the landscape of communities, allowing everyone to maintain independence and dignity.

Further, all materials selected are non-organic are and mold resistant, making cleaning and property management easier for organizations.

NOW Housing has a passion to provide affordable housing for everyone, especially those with a variety of special needs: youth, seniors, persons with disabilities, indigenous peoples, people with mental health or addiction issues, survivors of domestic violence, those who are homeless, or at risk of being homeless, recent immigrants, working poor, veterans and racialized groups. Steel modular housing has been successful in communities around the world with a growing appreciation in Canada.
